How big is one cookie?
Every cookie is approximately 4.5 oz.
What sizes can I order?
Single cookies, or boxes of 4, 8 and 12. A box can be one flavour, or you can mix any flavours you like with Build Your Own Box — repeats included.
Which flavours do you make?
Our classic cookie lineup includes Nutella, Biscoff, Red Velvet, Funfetti Birthday, Double Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Walnut, Oatmeal Raisin, Hazelnut Cream, and our nut-free Classic Chocolate Chip. These nine flavors are available year-round, with seasonal favorites joining the menu throughout the year.
Can I mix flavours in one box?
Yes. Build Your Own Box lets you fill a 4, 8 or 12 box cookie by cookie, and you can pick the same flavour more than once.
When do you bake?
We bake and ship Monday to Thursday, holidays excluded. Everything is made per order rather than from stock.
When will my order ship?
Orders before 1 PM Monday to Thursday ship the same day. Orders after 1 PM Monday to Wednesday ship the next day. Orders placed after 1 PM Thursday through Sunday ship the following Monday.
How long does delivery take?
Every order ships Express (2-Day), so most parcels arrive within 2-3 business days of despatch.
Where do you ship?
Across the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska at the moment.
How do you keep them fresh in transit?
Every cookie is heat sealed before it leaves the bakehouse.
How should I eat them?
They’re delicious as-is, but for an extra treat, we recommend heating them in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes for that just-baked taste.
How long do your cookies keep?
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 6 days. For a fresh-baked taste, warm them in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes. Cookies can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw for 2–3 hours, then warm at 350°F for 5 minutes.
