Shipping policy

At Euphoric Bakehouse, we bake our cookies fresh and ship them Express (2-Day) to help ensure they arrive fresh and delicious. We do not offer a slower shipping service.

When Your Order Ships

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday.

We aim to ship orders received by 1:00 PM ET Monday through Thursday on the same business day whenever possible. However, same-day shipping is not guaranteed, as orders are prepared according to our baking and fulfillment schedule.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We do this to help prevent your cookies from sitting in transit over the weekend, so they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. Shipping costs may therefore vary depending on the size of your order and where it is being shipped.

Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Freshness

Every box of cookies is heat-sealed for freshness before shipping.
