How your cookies get to you

An eight-pack box of Euphoric Bakehouse cookies ready to ship

Nothing here is baked ahead and stored. Every order goes into the oven on a bake day, which is why the timings below matter more than they would at a shop selling from stock.

We bake Monday to Thursday

Those are the only four days cookies come out of the oven, holidays excluded. It keeps every box genuinely made to order rather than pulled off a shelf.

The 1 PM cutoff

Order before 1 PM on a bake day and your cookies are made and shipped the same day. After 1 PM Monday to Wednesday, they go out the next day. After 1 PM on Thursday, and any time over the weekend, they wait for Monday.

That last one catches people out, so it is worth saying plainly: a Friday evening order does not ship on Saturday. It ships Monday. We would rather you know that up front than wonder where your box is.

Heat-sealed the same day

Every cookie is heat-sealed before it leaves the bakehouse. That is the single biggest reason a cookie can spend two days in transit and still have a soft middle when you open it. Sealing happens on the bake day, not the next morning.

Two days in transit

Once a box is collected, delivery takes two business days. Everything goes Express, because a cookie that spends a week in transit is not the cookie we baked. We ship across the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska at the moment.

When it arrives

Warm them up before enjoying that perfect gooey center. A cookie straight from the box is good. A cookie warmed for a few seconds is what we actually designed.
